Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist
Sensing the road with radar and a camera, the system automatically brakes when it detects sudden braking by the car ahead, or pedestrians and bikes on the road. When turning left at an intersection, it brakes if there is a risk of collision with an oncoming vehicle.
Rear Occupant Alert (ROA)
The system first reminds drivers to check the rear seats when exiting the vehicle with a message on the center instrument cluster display. If the system detects movement in the rear seats after the driver leaves the vehicle it will honk the horn and flash the lights.
Safe Exit Assist (SEA)
When the occupant opens the door to exit the vehicle after a stop, if an approaching vehicle from the rear side is detected, it provides a warning.It also helps keep the rear door closed through operation of the electronic child lock.
